Architecture:
Built in the early 1980`s by architects Hoffmann and Mellado, the property has always stood apart as a house of luxury and comfort. Its unique features make it a relaxing and secure fortress that stands above the city, while its northern orientation allows guests to enjoy sunlit living spaces, rooms, and terraces throughout the day.

Flying buttress supporting the garden, containment wall with vehicular access by an elevated driveway which places the house up and away from passing residential traffic. Living room elevated 20 feet above the garden level, ceramic tile roof, copper waterspouts and detailing, and Oregon pine balconies and terraces. Among other luxurious design details built into My Father`s House, the architectural plan

takes full advantage of the impressive vantage point of the property through its flying buttress, elevated terraces, and living spaces.
